Telephone exchange integration
For the company GRANT CAPITAL a.s.
we have implemented software interface connecting corporate telephone exchange (PBX)
with other company systems.
The solution is based on our eCall platform,
which enables quick and easy deployment. The solution was designed to reach high
reliability and fail-resistance to surrounding systems.
Main features
- transmission of information about calls to other systems,
- distribution of telephone directories of the software system into operators' phone devices,
- management of operators' permissions to call selected numbers (blacklists, whitelists).
